Love Your Neighbor as Yourself

In this three-session teaching, Rob Vanhoff looks at various passages within the Hebrew and Apostolic Scriptures to better understand what this command means. First looking at definition, priority, purpose, and scope of “love.” Vanhoff then turns to a Jewish understanding of this commandment in the second temple period in order to better understand how this command has been viewed throughout history. Vanhoff’s approach sheds new light on this commandment and helps better understand how we are to love others.
