The Doctrines of Grace
One of the more controversial topics that comes up within believing communities is the issue of free will vs. predestination. Many believers hold to Calvinism while others are instantly turned off by the phrase. But what does the Bible say about the issue? In this 1 hour and 35-minute lecture, C.M. Hegg dives into the Bible to understand what the Word says about this controversial topic.
This lecture, presented in Ontario Canada (2018), looks at Romans 8:29-30 to understand God's way of salvation while exploring the history of this debate. Caleb’s end goal is to understand what the Bible says about God and the work of salvation in the life of believers.
